One Tab for the Whole Party

A private event, a bottle-service section, or a table that just won't stop ordering — group any number of open tabs together and BrewBill tracks their combined spend as one running total, with its own color so every member tab is easy to spot on the floor.

No more adding up a dozen separate tabs by hand to see if a table hit its buyout.

Never Chase a Minimum Spend

Set It Once, Track It Automatically

Give a group a minimum spend and an owner tab when you create it. From then on, every order placed by a member tab counts toward the group's total — no spreadsheet, no manual tally at the end of the night.

Shortfalls Bill Themselves

Close the group and if the minimum wasn't met, BrewBill adds the difference straight to the owner tab as its own line item, already marked delivered. The brewery never eats an under-spend, and nobody has to have an awkward conversation about it at close-out.

Comps on Autopilot

Groups don't need a minimum spend to be useful. Set one up with none at all — for a trivia night, a tap takeover, or any promotion where showing up earns a reward — and every tab that joins gets automatic access to the comp, applied the same way every time.

  • Choose which comps a group's tabs are allowed to use, right down to a specific list
  • Cap how many times a comp can be used across the whole group, or leave it unlimited
  • Staff never have to remember which promotion applies to which table — the group already knows
