Frequently Asked Questions

Order via mobile browser, when your order is ready you will get a notification on your phone to let you know what your order number is. Take your phone to the BrewBill pickup location and show your number to get your order.
Checking IDs is still the responsibility of the establishment. Please bring your ID to confirm your age at pickup.
BrewBill will read your location when you log in and automatically sign you up for notifications in your area. If an establishment nearby is not interesting to you, you can click on notifications in the settings menu and disable any notifications that you are not interested in.
When you receive a message that your order is ready, head to the BrewBill pickup location. Typically that will be at the bar, but if it isn't clear where to go you can click on Tap for Directions from your order ready message.
BrewBill partners have the option to set up rewards programs based on a variety of criteria.
BrewBill charges a nominal fee on online orders to minimize the cost of the service to your favorite local establishments.
